…so, if for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, simply bring it back in the original packaging and condition within 14 days and we will be happy to either exchange the product, your network or your tariff.

Linking Products

…we will endeavour to configure your phone or any other purchase you make to ensure it is compatible. Should you require assistance in linking compatible products you already have to your new purchase, we will be happy to arrange to do this for you. Whilst we can not guarantee compatibility of products you have purchased from other stores, we are happy to give advice where we are able.

Registration

…some products and services require connection to a mobile internet service provider, we are happy to complete this registration for you and configure your phone or digital assistant how you wish, before you leave our store.

Personalisation

…we offer a range of options such as ring tones, logos & software to personalise your purchase. We are happy to carry out this personalisation for you, while you wait.

After Making Your Purchase

Insurance Cover

…we offer a range of services to protect your investment against loss, accidental damage, theft or a range of other eventualities.

Memory Backup

…You may use your mobile phone or digital organiser to store valuable contact numbers, we can keep a back up copy of this for you on our secure database, in the event that your phone is lost or stolen we can download your numbers to your new phone.

Repairs & Upgrades

…although all our communication products are generally robust and reliable they can get damaged. We offer a repair service accredited by the major phone makers and can repair most phones regardless of when or where you purchased from.

All our in store ‘while you wait’ services are subject to availability, in the event that we can not offer any service at a particular time, we will be happy to arrange an appointment at your convenience.
